The Brief
Re-Design & develop a WordPress website built on behalf of King’s College London to act as a hub for the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Smart Medical Imaging. The primary aim of the site is to attract PHD students and industry partners to the centre.
The Solution
Working alongside a designer, we restructured all of the content on the existing site to create an easy to navigate flow of site content. We identified the key areas where functionality could be implemented to assist the user, and where we could use design elements to further improve the presentation of the content.
The site includes a filterable people directory, as well as a project directory to allow the user to easily find the information they are looking for.
The theme was heavily customised to leverage the native functionality of the Divi builder to allow for complex template layouts whilst maintaining full access to content for the site admins.
