If you need a website fast, I can design, build and launch a WordPress website in 1 day.It is not always practical or necessary to go through a lengthly design and development process when building your website. If you know what you need and want it delivered fast then I can streamline the process and fit it into 1 working day.

The Process

Planning
Before the big day, we will have a consultation either in person or on the phone. I’ll create a development plan to ensure that all your requirements can be fulfilled in 1 working day.
Preparation
I will research the design brief and collate ideas in advance so that we have a clear idea of what we need to achieve. You will need to prepare all your content including copy, images and graphics too.
Development
A typical development day will start at 8am with a review of your content. By 9am, theme installation should be complete and customisation can begin. Content will be added from mid morning onwards and by lunch time you will be provided with access to the site to review the progress. The remaining content and edits will be completed during the afternoon and plugins will be installed. Everything should be finished by 5pm allowing 1 hour for a site review, walkthrough and training.
Launch
At the end of the day, once your site is complete, I will migrate it from the development server to your web hosting and send it live. One final check will be made to make sure everything is working correctly.
Training
The final task is to teach you how you can manage your content and perform basic maintenance on your site. I’ll make sure you feel confident and have all the knowledge you need.

I will use a customised WordPress child theme styled to match your brand and content.
Website Content
I’ll format your content and add it to your new site. I can also offer advise on content preparation and imagery.
Extra Functionality
A selection of the best plugins available will be installed so you can manage your SEO, social media, backups, security, and website speed optimisation.
WordPress Training
Once your site is complete I will walk you through how to manage your content and use plugins to perform basic site maintenance.

To ensure you get the best value for money, I have streamlined the process for building websites in 1 day. This means that not only do you get your website much faster, but you also get it much cheaper.
If you decide your site needs extra work after the big day, or if I think that your project is a bit too big for just 1 day, I can also quote for additional work.
